What a great company to work with. First of all the communication was excellent through phone, text and emails, then when I arrived at their location Rick Williams met me and made sure I had help unloading my car. Rich came up with a plan and my items were professionally packed and I am extremely happy to say that my precious heirlooms arrived in Hawaii in perfect condition - even china. Mahalo for the superior service.
One of the best rigging & transport companies I've ever worked with over the last 30 years. Rick Williams bent over backwards to make a really tight deadline happen. Not only was I impressed, but the manager at the facility my equipment was removed from was highly impressed as well! You will not be disappointed if you choose Craters & Freighters of Charlotte.

They did what they said they would do for a reasonable price. Can’t ask for much more.
As a consumer I had to find a solution for returning a large item that I ordered that was damaged and fortunately I found Craters and Freighters. I spoke to Sam and she handled everything start to finish. When she was out of the office she still checked email and text messages and had Rick the owner/manager handle everything else and he was great too.
