I called their 1-800 number, requested a quote on their website, and even got someone to give me an email. They never got back with me. Went with another carrier.

I recently shipped a large haul of various items (glassware, china, musical instruments, paintings) from the US to the UK. Mike was such a pleasure to work with - quick to get back to me with my concerns and willing to go above and beyond in helping me do this. Their custom crating and packing was top notch. Everything arrived in perfect order, and Mike kept me informed about the entire process. And best of all, the price was extremely reasonable. Will 100% work with them again for shipping!
