Craters & Freighters Seattle was very helpful at every stage of our estate sale process. They responded quickly when we needed an estimate for crating and shipping items from a home we were selling that required delivery to multiple houses in different states. They carefully crated fragile family heirlooms. Delivery of those items arrived in perfect condition to destination addresses. Excellent customer service with outstanding delivery results. Highly recommend.
Called for a quote on some personal items. Answered all their questions. Waited. They didn’t even bother to follow up with me. Sorry I’m not shipping a boat or helicopter, I guess?
