I called Crates and Freightswith the need to ship two pallets (6 lanes) of scoring equipment for a bowling center, at 1:30pm on Monday, December 22nd. I got there at 3pm. I was out by 4pm. I’m still waiting for an email from another company in Novi (much less of a drive). I called this other company at 9am. Still no email. My important shipment is on its way to Washington State. I contacted Craters & Freighters on a Friday afternoon to ship a fair amount of artwork to Florida. When they gave me the price and assured me, they could take care of the order, I rushed over just in time for them to close on Friday afternoon. Sandra and a gentleman were so helpful and courteous. They helped me unload and took my order. All the artwork arrived in a very large custom built wood crate mounted onto Skids.
