I have been going to Dr. Moore for as long as I can remember. I have some unique eye issues and he stays right on top of it and if I need to go to a specialist, he sends me. Crater Vision is also amazing with their prices. I have been to other places that over charge for everything. Crater Vision helps me to navigate my insurance to use my benefits as best as possible. The office staff is amazing and works magic to get everyone appointments for this high demand practice.
I had the time for my appointment wrong and showed up late. This was my fault but the 2 ladies at the desk were dismissive and rude. Honest mistake on my part but these 2 need to retire! Dr Moore is awesome I have been seeing him since I was a child, he needs better office staff. After years of using Crater I won’t be going back! Do better ladies!
