It’s nearly impossible just to talk with someone. I had this experience about a year ago, just trying to make an appointment took days of back and forth phone calls. I thought I’d get a second opinion and try again for a repair I need but again, no response. Whoever it is working the desk here is stubbornly difficult to work with. Went into the service center, just needed to purchase an air filter. Arrived the 1st time around noon and the service window was closed, no one else seemed to be able to assist. But it wasn't a big issue. I then came back the same day at 4:00 pm. This time the window was open, but no employee present. I asked another employee who informed me that the parts employee was in the restroom. I then waited 25 minuets, still nobody at the parts counter. EXCELLENT! I could not describe our experience any other way. We initially scheduled for our service with Wes. Talk about continuity of service! He is actually the person that was at the desk when we dropped our vehicle off and picked it up. While our vehicle was there, we received a full video of everything that had been checked. This was amazing to say the least. Steven is who worked on our Mazda CX-50 and provided a full commentary of each aspect. Our video was detailed and very informative!
