After purchasing a new vehicle here 18 months ago, we've had it serviced here and it's always been a great experience. Phillip has always gone above and beyond. I've used the online scheduling and added extra notes and concerns to be addressed. The service techs have always done great, and this time, they even sent me a video clip showing the results. When I arrived to pick up our car, they had done even better than expected. Nobody is perfect, but our experiences here have been great!

It’s nearly impossible just to talk with someone. I had this experience about a year ago, just trying to make an appointment took days of back and forth phone calls. I thought I’d get a second opinion and try again for a repair I need but again, no response. Whoever it is working the desk here is stubbornly difficult to work with. Will not respond to voicemails, or texts (they say this is a preferred way to contact them). Went into the service center, just needed to purchase an air filter. Arrived the 1st time around noon and the service window was closed, no one else seemed to be able to assist. But it wasn't a big issue. I then came back the same day at 4:00 pm. This time the window was open, but no employee present. I asked another employee who informed me that the parts employee was in the restroom. I then waited 25 minuets, still nobody at the parts counter.
