I have been trying to get ahold of the service department for hours trying to get an update on my car that was supposed to be ready Friday or today. I have gotten voicemail every time. I should not have to call other departments to try and get ahold of someone, and even then, I get transferred to a voicemail. The same thing happened last year when I took my car in. I called all day and finally when I went in-person was I able to talk to someone to find out my car had been ready for hours, they just never bothered to call me.... read more
