I wouldn't recommend this Ford ever as they laughed at me when I first went in to order a Ford bronco I was told I would never get one yet I ended up being one of the first people to get a bronco thanks to the Klamath falls Ford dealership those people I highly recommend
We bought our Escape new in 2020 at Crater Lake Ford. While service QUALITY was good, communication was awful, including a failed phone system. I really appreciate the new system where reminders are sent online. Our service last week went flawlessly. Thanks.
