I visited the Crate & Barrel store at the Short Hills location on Friday evening to exchange a towel that appeared used when I received it. Unfortunately, my interaction with Sarah, one of the managers, was not pleasant. I’ve been a frequent Crate & Barrel customer, and since recently moving, I’ve made several purchases for our new home. @CrateandBarrel - had the WORST customer service experience with this company. Charges premium prices and TOTALLY falls short on premium services. Delivery delayed, 0 effort to accommodate customer request for even 1 hour earlier delivery. Unhelpful company that made every effort to make our experience unimaginably BAD
Audrey Sutton at the Short Hills Mall location was very helpful and did everything in her power to assist us.
The location is beautiful and the store layout is great. Just ensure that you are wearing your Sundays best to be treated like a valued customer. They have rudeness a plentiful.
