I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Crate & Barrel in The Mall at Short Hills. I accidentally left my card holder in a sofa near closing time, and it happened to contain all of my credit cards. Michelle found it and immediately turned it in to her manager, Sarah, who secured it safely. I was able to retrieve it smoothly the next day. Their honesty and care truly meant a lot to me. Thank you, Michelle and Sarah!
This store gave me headaches and i felt so helpless! The line took forever. The cashier talked to a friend of hers for over 10 mins and people were just waiting in the line. So hard to find help and I will definitely not coming back to this store.
