Disgusting treatment from staff. Middle aged woman at the check out register is nasty & should not be working customer service. I did absolutely nothing but walk up with a smile, I am very soft spoken. Treating people this way is unacceptable when you work with the public. Younger staff member was pleasant to deal with.
We bought a sectional sofa, dining table set, and high chairs for kitchen island. The leather is fake and wore out in 2 years. Not worth spending money at Crate and Barrel. You will likely do much better with Costco furniture. Adding insult to injury, when I reached out per reply from owner below, the C&B chatbot says "We don't offer a formal warranty on our Crate & Barrel branded items, but we stand by the quality and can assess your situation if you contact us." Very rude staff on the phone - hung up on me when asked about their pickup hours starting at 8 AM (apparently they don’t).
