Could not have had a better experience today! Obviously great products and selection but service was over the top today. Annie worked with me today and treated me like this was her family lifelong store. Also in training Jet was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a lifelong business owner, teammates like this are absolutely one of a kind. Looking forward to coming back, and I don’t believe I’m exaggerating when I say this is probably the best customer service experience I’ve EVER had in a large corporate style business.
Crate and Barrel is my go to spot for all things home related. Whether it's a kitchen runner, outdoor patio furniture, or bedding, they have it all. I recently applied for the trade account for my real estate business and have decided to purchase my closing gifts from there. What is a perfect gift that can be used often at the house that is practical? A throw blanket 😉 That's been my closing gift lately. I love the packaging!
