Have gone to this location multiple times and we are always met with the awful customer service. The lady by the door (who I assumed should at least welcome) just stares at us. I even smiled and said hello but nothing. Then there’s this arrogant lady who has no charm or personality and just speaks as if I’m inconveniencing her life. She sits in the design section and just acts like a total snob. Reading through the other reviews I see this happens often. Please train them
My partner and I stopped into Crate & Barrel while out exploring, and as always, it was an absolute delight. We’ve been admiring both the Gather Deep Wood Base Leather 4-Piece Corner Sectional Sofa with Chaise Lounge and the Wythe 4-Piece L-Shaped Leather Sectional Sofa with Chaise Lounge online. Me and my honey stopped by Crate & Barrel while we were out exploring. Could not have had a better experience today! Obviously great products and selection but service was over the top today. Annie worked with me today and treated me like this was her family lifelong store. Also in training Jet was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a lifelong business owner, teammates like this are absolutely one of a kind. Looking forward to coming back, and I don’t believe I’m exaggerating when I say this is probably the best customer service experience I’ve EVER had in a large corporate style business.
Crate and Barrel is my go to spot for all things home related. Whether it's a kitchen runner, outdoor patio furniture, or bedding, they have it all. I recently applied for the trade account for my real estate business and have decided to purchase my closing gifts from there. What is a perfect gift that can be used often at the house that is practical? A throw blanket 😉 That's been my closing gift lately. I love the packaging!
