Aesthetically pleasing furniture, unfortunately it doesn’t last and for the quality the prices are a joke. It takes months for pieces to arrive and tough luck if you have any issues. Customer service is more disappointing than the furniture quality. You’ll go in circles with 30 different customer service representatives to be offered a 40 dollar shop card on a $600 counter stool that falls apart after two months.
Loved this store in Chicago. Still love this store in Atlanta .
Ordered my packages and was able to pick them up promptly.
Have been getting the run around for about a month. Purchased the axis couch ($5,000) and after a month the cushions have gone flat. Called the store to discuss warranty options and was informed that they do not have warranties but that they stand behind their products and do whatever is necessary to make it right in store. We have been told that they would send us new cushions 3 times over the phone, with no follow up and obviously no cushions.
