Very disappointing credit card service. I paid my balance in full on July, yet I still received a bill on September of they charged me $2.00 interest . Customer service was unhelpful and gave no clear explanation. Feels unfair and misleading.

I recently visited the Crate & Barrel store at Avalon and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the overall atmosphere to be less welcoming than I had hoped. While the store has a great selection of products, I felt that the staff could improve in terms of friendliness and customer communication.
