I came to buy the OXO glass salad spinner. The place look tidy and clean and very welcoming. Carol helped me at the checkout; she went above and beyond to provide me with the best service; she tried to help me get a discount code and was super nice. I will be back. Oh I love me glass large salad spinner too .
The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. Cindy is the BEST! I came in with a million boxes for returns, and the process couldn’t have been easier thanks to Cindy.
I visited this location to return a lighting fixture purchased online after discovering during installation that the arm attachment was unstable. Because the issue was only noticeable once assembled, returning it in the original packaging was impossible. Visited the Avalon store today to look for small items for my daughter. I was taken aback by how the staff obviously followed my sister and me throughout the store. We literally moved to different areas of the store to determine if in fact we were being followed. It was so obvious as staff followed us and pretended to busy with nearby items.
