Worst company ever. We ordered a sofa and a dining table. We were told that everything would be delivered by the end of January. On February 7, we decided to call Crate & Barrel to check the status of our order. During the call, the customer service representative said she could now schedule the delivery. When I asked what happened and why we didn’t receive any notification, she said the items had finished production that same day and now she could schedule the delivery. They have some nice things, and the in-store service is very good. However, other service is quite poor, and service is paramount for me. I placed an order on a Sunday at 9:34am that was intended to be for store pickup. I'd selected pickup but was interrupted and left the site in the process. When I came back, unbeknownst to me, the delivery method had flipped back to the default "shipping." I submitted the order not realizing it wasn't a same-day pickup order. Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. Bad customer service and poor technology. I ordered something off a wedding registry. They sent it to a bad address(which they maintain and don’t disclose for privacy). Then fight me when I try to get resolved. As a food lover and cook, I buy a lot of kitchen stuff. Never from here!! Stay clear of this place!! Additional Notes: I did communicate with customer service FOR OVER ONE HOUR! No one is willing to help.
