We were excited to receive Crate & Barrel items from our wedding registry, but unfortunately, the quality and customer service left much to be desired. We had three separate quality issues—multiple towels that frayed, a pillowcase that split, and a large area rug that arrived with a significant stain. While Crate & Barrel refunded the cost of the towel and pillowcase, the rug has been a nightmare to deal with.
