On November 20, 2025, I purchased a high-end stoneware plate set. Within the same month, I hand-washed the plate under warm water, which resulted in it cracking in half. Very helpful staff. Purchased a floor model desk (over 50% off, no defects). They secured it and took care of my order. I was able to pick up very easily with my box truck and safely get it to my new office setup in Bristol. Highest of standards and friendly customer service. Also purchased a small lamp for my son’s bedroom. Will be back.
Worst company ever. We ordered a sofa and a dining table. We were told that everything would be delivered by the end of January. On February 7, we decided to call Crate & Barrel to check the status of our order. During the call, the customer service representative said she could now schedule the delivery. When I asked what happened and why we didn’t receive any notification, she said the items had finished production that same day and now she could schedule the delivery.
