Truly some of the worst, unprofessional staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Will never spend a penny at this location.
We loved working with David from the design team! He was super helpful and has a great eye to putting pieces together with items we already had chosen.
We ordered a media entertainment set with matching chest of drawers online back on 2/21/25. The order was delivered mid-April. The delivery company came, unpacked in the driveway and opened the TV console to find a huge scratch on the side. We called Crate & Barrel about it, asked what to do, and they said to send the ENTIRE order back. So we did, and they were supposed to reship to us. Now, 5/5/25, I get a call from FragilePak (their logistics company), saying they're delivering only PART of the order today. So, we were sup... read more
