I do not recommend this specific location due to that one employer who has been rude to me for the second time including today (May 30,2026) first time was back in December she stated “we are to busy to answer your questions” and hung up on me. Furniture is absolute garbage. I bought 8 dining room chairs. After a year I have had to purchase 2 replacements. After inspecting the joinery I am not surprised they failed. They refuse to stand behind their products and now I wouldn’t so much as buy a butter knife from them.
On November 20, 2025, I purchased a high-end stoneware plate set. Within the same month, I hand-washed the plate under warm water, which resulted in it cracking in half. This incident caused a torn ligament in my thumb, necessitating immediate surgery and several months of physical therapy. I promptly sent a certified mail to the store manager, reporting the issue. Very helpful staff. Purchased a floor model desk (over 50% off, no defects). They secured it and took care of my order. I was able to pick up very easily with my box truck and safely get it to my new office setup in Bristol. Highest of standards and friendly customer service. Also purchased a small lamp for my son’s bedroom. Will be back.
