I visited this location yesterday in search of glassware and spent about 30 minutes browsing the entire store. In that time, not a single employee greeted me, asked if I needed help, or even acknowledged my presence. Instead, I received uncomfortable stares from employees, which only made the experience worse. There were at least four employees standing near the glassware, engaged in personal conversation with each other. Lynn was amazing to work with. My fiancé and I had received some plates and bowls off of our registry and about half of them had pits and chips. We felt anxious and silly bringing in so many to exchange but Lynn never made us feel uncomfortable. She took her time to make sure we left with quality products and went above and beyond. She recycled the flimsy box we came in with and wrapped our new plates up nicely while we shopped. Before we came in, we were skeptical about continuing to shop with Crate and Barrel. I met today two wonderful girls in this store Martha and Claudia, they helped me decorate my plant but they did it with a lot of dedication and I want to give them a huge thank you for all your help and kindness, everyone took pictures of how beautiful the plant had been left
