Love this store
Bought a $140 6 piece knife set. Got it home and they were obviously used and knife block had all sorts of scratches on it. Apparently that was the last one in stock but I could order a new set which woukd take about 3 weeks. Nobody cares about customer service or having a job. Close the store and I'll just order online from now on. Enjoy your warehouse job.
I visited this location yesterday in search of glassware and spent about 30 minutes browsing the entire store. In that time, not a single employee greeted me, asked if I needed help, or even acknowledged my presence. Instead, I received uncomfortable stares from employees, which only made the experience worse. There were at least four employees standing near the glassware, engaged in personal conversation with each other. Lynn was amazing to work with. My fiancé and I had received some plates and bowls off of our registry and about half of them had pits and chips. We felt anxious and silly bringing in so many to exchange but Lynn never made us feel uncomfortable. She took her time to make sure we left with quality products and went above and beyond. She recycled the flimsy box we came in with and wrapped our new plates up nicely while we shopped. Before we came in, we were skeptical about continuing to shop with Crate and Barrel.
