Lynn was amazing to work with. My fiancé and I had received some plates and bowls off of our registry and about half of them had pits and chips. We felt anxious and silly bringing in so many to exchange but Lynn never made us feel uncomfortable. She took her time to make sure we left with quality products and went above and beyond. She recycled the flimsy box we came in with and wrapped our new plates up nicely while we shopped. Before we came in, we were skeptical about continuing to shop with Crate and Barrel. I met today two wonderful girls in this store Martha and Claudia, they helped me decorate my plant but they did it with a lot of dedication and I want to give them a huge thank you for all your help and kindness, everyone took pictures of how beautiful the plant had been left

I purchased a chair over the phone and drove 45 minutes to pick it up. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told they had sold it to someone else. No solution was offered, just a waste of my time while they claimed they needed to "talk to a bunch of people." Poor communication, terrible customer service, and a complete lack of organization. If your time is worth anything don't shop here
