I went to a book singing event and I would give it 0 stars if I could. Super unorganized and chaotic, worst of all I saw a poor employee get yelled at by what I could assume was a useless manager who was doing everything but helping the store or customers out.
Came to Crate and Barrel on North Ave for our wedding registry. We had the best service representative, Jan, help us out. Jan is outstanding - very knowledgeable, customized suggestions, and a joy to chat with. 10/10 recommend
We had the most wonderful time working with Tim, the furniture sales associate. He was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and receptive of our input. We will happily shop with Tim again, and recommend him and the store highly.
Disgusting behavior from dismissive manager David ( white bald male in 70’s) who was antagonistic and physically pushed a box to strike my hand. Refused to answer questions, apologize and behavior issues. Felt very targeted and racist. Stunned this kind of behavior is not condoned by a rate and Barrel and regret all the purchases I made here in the past. Brought up to management Michael who was also not helpful. Be warned and avoid this store and company.
