Stopped by to grab some info and a move-in gift for a colleague, and Jeremy and his team were amazing; super kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Jeremy’s doing a fantastic job managing the store, and it really shows. Customers seemed happy and were leaving with smiles and great purchases.
I'm still waiting for my order. Very frustrating . It has been over a week. I will never order anything again from Crate & Barrel. I ordered this from the Clybourn store Chicago. They have some independent delivery Service that does their deliveries... so think twice if you decide you need something quick.

If I could give a zero for customer service, I would! Our order number said out item was shipped and delivered to this location on a Friday. We never received any notice it was delivered, but we tracked it via their website, and said it was there. I called on Saturday, and they didn’t have it in their system?? Saint might take a few days. After speaking with a rep, then the manager, the manager said he was going to see if it was in their storage room. Waited on hold for another 15 mins, then their phone system hung up on me.... read more
