Very good customer service in the store. But not happy with their in-home design consultation services. Scheduled an appointment online, received a voicemail to confirm the appointment, then called back to confirm, then only around 2 hours before the appointment Julie called and cancelled the appointment saying she had a previous appointment that was not noted on her schedule. Jan was so so nice and helpful in getting something from a wedding registery for me. She took her time wrapping it and it looked so presentable and perfect. She helped me and the entire interaction was so pleasant. Thank you Jan!!!
Julie in bedding was a GEM! She was so incredibly nice, helped me understand the different bedding options and explained duvets to me because I had no idea what I was doing when I came in. I appreciate her help and her wonderful attitude - I will absolutely be coming back soley because of our interaction
