I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Crate & Barrel store. The customer service was appalling, and I felt incredibly unwelcome. I strongly advise you to visit Williams Sonoma instead; they have amazing customer service. I will never shop at this location again.
We stopped in yesterday to look at some fabric samples. The sales associate was unfriendly and not very helpful. We had quite the opposite experience at Pottery Barn where we stopped after Crate and Barrel. The sales associate was friendly and very helpful in assisting us with answering our questions. Customer service means a lot.
Walked in around 11:30am yesterday was not greeted. Instead 3/4 people all looking down at their laptops by the registers. Not a welcoming atmosphere.
