Purchased sofa March 30th. Was supposed to be contacted to schedule delivery. Randomly checked order today (Jul 15) and it's been sitting there for who knows how long, "Ready to Schedule Delivery". Delivery is another 3 wks out. Nobody answers at store.

Such a calm and beautiful place! Joann was beyond personable and extremely helpful even if my purchase wasn't thousands of dollars.
I wouldn't recommend having anything delivered. They contract with a terrible delivery company. Crate & Barrel as a whole also doesn't care about you as a customer when things go wrong.
Had some really nice stuff. Also a lot of things are Not as expensive as some other places. Wish they had more outdoor furniture choices at store. *They need to open one closer to murrysville/ monroville area.
