This review is mainly for Miss Felicia K who is a C&B store associate at the Ross Park PA location, store #656. Felicia was exceptional in every possible way! I have had bad experiences with the customer service at the store in Lyndhurst, Ohio, and decided to call a location in another state nearby. We ordered a sleeper sofa to our home. Sleeper sofa overall is okay. It was delivered with some bad stitching and an area of tarnished fabric. The MAJOR problem is the third party delivery company they are utilizing (Star Plus Delivery LLC). This company's truck blatantly hit and run the corner of our row home. Despite chasing after the drivers, they did not stop and illegally turned down a one way street to evade me.
