Furniture manager was really helpful, patient and insightful when we stopped by on Labor Day weekend to look at the Lounge sofa. She's got an expert eye for interior design and will never lead you astray. Gave us a lot of fabric swatches to take home and consider. Day of revisit, they didn't bring all of the screws. Going on now 2+ weeks without our bed frame and our mattress on the floor. Hands down the worst experience I've ever ... read more
