Staff were absolutely rude. We were at the mall, just browsing around while waiting on a table for the Cheesecake Factory to try the Crispy Chicken Costoletta (10/10, would recommend) when we decided to cross the parking lot to the Crate&Barrel. My wife and I spent nearly two hours comparing wardrobes in this shop and nobody rushed us once. We finally chose a dark brown sliding-door model that matched our bedroom perfectly. One handle felt loose during installation, but the workers tightened it before leaving.
If I could give it zero stars I would. We ordered an at home delivery on couch and bed frame. Timed everything up for the install to be the day we moved into our new home. The day of install they didn't have any of the hardware to put together the bed frame. They then told me that the next availability to come out with the screws would be a week and a half. If I could rate crate and barrel 0 stars I would! Paid over $5,000 for a sofa that took over 3 months to arrive and is then faulty, it has a lock missing so you can’t sit on the couch without it falling apart. They sent a team out for a service appointment with no parts (not their fault) despite me having to “prove” the fault by image on text message to customer service (why would I make up a sofa is faulty) I then had to chase 3 times for the part, which has finally arrived and now I’ve chased 4 times a new service appointm... read more
