Went in today looking to buy a media console I saw online. I walked through the entire store twice and wasn’t spoken to by a single employee despite the store being nearly empty. One employee was just texting on her phone while I was looking around unassisted.
Even though they say 90 day return policy except for furniture items, that's really not true. If you buy an appliance there, you cannot return/exchange at the store. They said you must contact the manufacturer for all returns. If there are certain items, than it should be identified on the receipt that there is no return for these items to make it clear. I had my item less than 30 days. Make you before buying anything you ask if your specific item is returnable.
I can’t recommend working with Karen Reid enough. She was a lot of fun to work with, and she wasn’t pushy at all. In fact, she told us to go do more homework and take more measurements before she felt comfortable selling us a couch. We are really excited for our couch to arrive!!
This has nothing to do with their products. The store is clean and me and my family got dishes that we love. However, I stopped in today around 2:30-3, and there was a woman named Bonnie trying to clock out and she was having trouble. My partner and I came in looking for dining chairs, and David was the best salesperson you could ask for. He was friendly, wonderful to talk to, and above all so helpful! He answered all of our questions, knew when to give us space to deliberate, and when we needed a little guidance. If he'd been pushier, we might have left and looked elsewhere; if he'd been more aloof, we might have bought something we didn't feel confident in.
