Crate & Barrel. Amazing style
I am all for Quality, but more than five times the cost? I bought an outdoor dining room set. The cover is $500 You can find one at Costco for $74.99 and if it deteriorates in the sun, you can always take it back to Costco and they’ll give you your money. All these materials come from one manufacturer if you buy enough, you can put your name on anything. They don’t lease and build these beautiful stores for not taking their Customer to the cleaners. 🤦♂️
Went in today looking to buy a media console I saw online. I walked through the entire store twice and wasn’t spoken to by a single employee despite the store being nearly empty. One employee was just texting on her phone while I was looking around unassisted.
Even though they say 90 day return policy except for furniture items, that's really not true. If you buy an appliance there, you cannot return/exchange at the store. They said you must contact the manufacturer for all returns. If there are certain items, than it should be identified on the receipt that there is no return for these items to make it clear. I had my item less than 30 days. Make you before buying anything you ask if your specific item is returnable.
