If I could rate crate and barrel 0 stars I would! Paid over $5,000 for a sofa that took over 3 months to arrive and is then faulty, it has a lock missing so you can’t sit on the couch without it falling apart. They sent a team out for a service appointment with no parts (not their fault) despite me having to “prove” the fault by image on text message to customer service (why would I make up a sofa is faulty) I then had to chase 3 times for the part, which has finally arrived and now I’ve chased 4 times a new service appointm... read more

Pricey but mostly worth it.

I am all for Quality, but more than five times the cost? I bought an outdoor dining room set. The cover is $500 You can find one at Costco for $74.99 and if it deteriorates in the sun, you can always take it back to Costco and they’ll give you your money. All these materials come from one manufacturer if you buy enough, you can put your name on anything. They don’t lease and build these beautiful stores for not taking their Customer to the cleaners. 🤦♂️
