Returned a large order and was not refunded after several attempts to reach people with no assistance. Unacceptable.
I’ve always had pleasant interactions with every employee I’ve encountered, and the store has a nice curation of Crate & Barrel’s most popular items. Their kitchen gadget and glassware sections are particularly well-stocked, which has been a lifesaver when we’ve needed very specific items fast.
Management of this store needs to either be replaced or retrained. Rude, dismissive and a total lack of courtesy or accountability.
