People who work there I guess are titled , just rude to my wife and I we went somewhere else to furnish our 2 houses
5 Stars for Kirk Paddy! We were couch shopping and CB was our last stop (re: we were exhausted and had basically had the same conversation with 3 different stores already). Kirk was easy to talk with, he was not pushy, and knew when to give us our space; finding the couch that fit our needs and timeline was just the icing on top. Everything arrived as expected without delay! If you come here for furniture, highly recommend Kirk!
I always find something amazing.
Very poor customer service, manager Kate walked by me several times but could not return a smile, say hello or ask if I needed help. The same goes for the other 6-8 employees who were on the floor. I’ve experienced this multiple times at this location and I’ve had enough. I left and likely will not return. I will also send a letter to the district manager.
Mixed selection, kind of pricey.
