Andrea was quick to help and fairly pleasant albeit a bit pushy regarding sale items. However the curbside pickup for a larger item was a bit confusing and not intuitive.
3 scheduled delivery days and nothing to show for it. We will never be ordering from crate and barrel again. They initially were supposed to deliver on Friday 1/23, that day they called and said deliveries were behind. Later they called and left a voicemail indicating that the truck had mechanical issues and couldn’t complete the delivery, they would deliver on Saturday. Saturday came around, no call, no show.
