Easy to navigate. Only complaint was the poor line management from staff: 2 lines had formed and the employee at the register had one line (who had been waiting longer than us) get behind us. Should've stopped it sooner!
They helped me with an exchange for a 2 cup glass measuring cup that the markings wore off. I've had Pyrex glass measuring cups for decades and the markings are as good as new.
I had a mortifying experience trying to return an unused Dutch oven in-store. It was unused but the guy who “helped” me basically shouted in my face saying I can’t return it because I don’t have the “original Le cruset box” it came in. The product is intact and nowhere in there US store policy demanded original box for a return to be issued.
