Similar to other review, Crate & Barrel has no concern for actually delivering a product to your home. We received the bed yesterday, the mattress was scheduled to arrive yesterday as well.The bed was delivered and installed (mostly installed they forgot actually screw in several pieces) and now the mattress is two weeks or more away. We purchased a lounge couch with chaise from this store in late 2025. shortly after receiving the couch, we noted that the cushion extending over the chaise was breaking down and sank in whenever anyone sat on it. I attempted to reach out to customer service but was routed to an AI that was unable to provide any assistance. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Every time we visit, the staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. This is an ongoing problem that we've experienced consistently whether we're making purchases or processing returns. We come in looking to shop, but the unwelcoming attitude from employees makes it an unpleasant experience. A store selling home goods should make customers feel comfortable, not unwelcome. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.
