I had a fantastic experience at the Crate & Barrel in Edina! Michael H. was incredibly helpful while I upgraded my kitchen dinnerware. He never tried to oversell—instead, he shared thoughtful insights on what customers love and how different pieces are actually used, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Worst customer service I have ever seen. It has been a month since I purchased my item. They already reschedule three times. The first time they confirmed the delivery and at the time it should be delivered they canceled. The second time they scheduled delivery then called me saying they don’t have the item in stock. Keep in mind I only purchased the item because they had in stock. Now on the third cancelation because the item still in transit and they have no idea when the item will arrive. Ordered a >$4,000 couch that came months late. Discussed with customer service during the delay who had limited information about when the furniture would arrive. Won't shop here again.
