I had a disappointing experience at Crash Champion in Dover. The manager was initially helpful but became aggressive and unprofessional when we expressed our dissatisfaction with a poor-quality paint job. He made unacceptable excuses, blaming the weather and other circumstances. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning. The lack of professionalism, respect, and poor work quality make it a place to avoid. I would not recommend it to anyone.
They did a great job on my Hyundai Tucson, I dropped because of the insurance pointed here, but to my surprise it was the wise decision I made, the work took more than week since I went through insurance, but I am so satisfied to see my car earned back his years. They did a deep clean the car , and fine tuned the brakes and acceleration which we dont even get it in service centers these days
Pésimo servicio la persona encargada de la reparación solo reparó lo que él quiso y no lo que realmente afectó la colisión Juan teniendo una cobertura completa con deducible de 700 dólares. por más reclamos que hice nunca hubo una repuesta ni solución al problema además que la defensa delantera de mi vehículo fue reparada y no reemplazada por una nueva y le sumamos de que tuvieron mi vehículo por dos semanas, no volvería a este lugar y no lo recomiendo busque mejores opciones
Amazing experience! Customer service was great! Michelle kept me up to date on the entire process of the repairs as they happened to my vehicle. My car left there looking brand new! Thanks again, Crash Champions!
