Inspect your vehicle carefully before accepting it. I brought my BMW to Crash Champions after a minor fender bender. The original insurance estimate was around $4,500 and called for aftermarket parts, which was not the shop’s fault. Edit August 2026: The review below was written pre-Covid when this shop was called Robbie's Collision Repair. I have no idea how Crash Champions compare to Robbies. But Robbies was awesome!!! Great workmanship! I was rear ended at a red light that caused damaged to my bumper cover/valance/diffuser. All these items had to be replaced. I made an appoint with the Dover Crash Champions Collision shop. I arrived on time. Things went downhill when they didn't know about my appointment. (They texted me to confirm) They said "They have no transmitted information from the insurance co." At that point I asked why they made this appointment and wasted my time.
