I ended up pulling over into their parking lot at 8am on a Saturday after realizing I had a flat tire. The service man was so, so kind and helped me change the tire with no hesitation. I was interrupting his morning work and he was so generous in helping me. I can only imagine how wonderful the service would be if I had an actual appointment!
My daughter had her bumper fixed due to an accident. The front desk lady was very pleasant. I asked a question about my car while I was there with my daughter and Kenny the manager was awesome I couldn’t open my truck. He figured it out with no problem. He taught me two things I had no idea of why my truck would not open. Thank you Kenny for taking the time . Kenny was very nice and respectful. I would recommend this place they did an amazing job on her car. Kenny also explained the cost of the damage to her vehicle.
Avoid this shop. I brought my car in for a simple estimate and they reported incorrect information to CARFAX using my VIN. That false report is now attached to my vehicle history and has damaged its value, with no real way to fix it. Cheap ownership gain a dollar from CARFAX while you lose 1000s. Bad place, all employees are dishonest. Do not risk your vehicle’s history with this business.
