If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would. The Quality of service Exceeded expectations. Got my car looking brand new super quick and treated me like family. Helped me out so much with my insurance and my requests. Zero complaints.
Love the quality of work, would recommend to anyone who needs body work done. The crash management team is not only super experienced but they are truly passionate about what they do.
If I could give negative stars I would! Dishonest! charged my insurance $15,000 in repairs on a vehicle that should have been totaled!
A little over a month ago a deer hit my wife's 2016 Highlander. I took it Crash Management and I'm pleased with the results. The repair took a little over 1month due to the Christman holiday and a few snow showers. But car is back, looks good, and wife is happy that she does not need for me to carry her around. Ha.
