My motorhome was towed in and repaired. I picked it up and got 5 miles down the road before the drive train was grinding loudly. Tyler washed his hands of it and would not come out, send someone out, or pay for the tow. I called a tow myself and the towing company showed me where the drive train had not been hooked up properly and that it was Crash Champions responsibility. Crystal and Tylor at Crash Champions RV are the absolute best! Even though my trailer is only 10 yrs old, Forest River no longer makes the replacement part I needed. But Crash Champions RV researched and figured it out and did a great job repairing my trailer. They also worked well with my insurance company. And they helped me out with an unrelated problem on the trailer.
