Somewhat difficult making initial appointment. Front desk personnel extremely courteous. However, agent assigned to handle my claim indicated he would keep me informed, which I interpreted to be texts and phone calls, and what happened was mostly text messages telling me the cost of the repairs and that the car would be ready by a certain date. Horrible customer service. My fiancé went in to get his wrx Subaru looked at and the lady helping him was disrespectful, made personal excuses on not wanting to help him and not doing her job. Will not be coming back unless this employee is talked to about how she is with customers.

This place lies . Had body work done. They replaced the hood on my 2014 Mustang and left off a hood bumper. We told him that and at 1st he said it was never there which was a lie. It never had any accidents before and it was 100% there because I wash the car and under hood. He said he would order it and it will take 2 weeks. Months later and many calls he said he forgot and will order it. Still no part. A $10.00 part but still no part just the run around.
