Katie and the crew at Crash Champions were amazing, helpful and kept me informed about updates to my vehicle. The repairs they did to the lift gate came out amazing like nothing ever happened. The repair team did such an awesome job. I highly recommend
Took my 2014 Hyundai Accent for a front bumper repair and the staff was great. My advisor Jay went over all the details for me, what they would be looking at, and how much to expect for the repair. He even found a deal on the part and was able to lower the original estimate for me. My vehicle was in great condition after getting it back and if I have any other issues with it, I would definitely be going back to Crash Champions.
Somewhat difficult making initial appointment. Front desk personnel extremely courteous. However, agent assigned to handle my claim indicated he would keep me informed, which I interpreted to be texts and phone calls, and what happened was mostly text messages telling me the cost of the repairs and that the car would be ready by a certain date. Horrible customer service. My fiancé went in to get his wrx Subaru looked at and the lady helping him was disrespectful, made personal excuses on not wanting to help him and not doing her job. Will not be coming back unless this employee is talked to about how she is with customers.
