This place lies . Had body work done. They replaced the hood on my 2014 Mustang and left off a hood bumper. We told him that and at 1st he said it was never there which was a lie. It never had any accidents before and it was 100% there because I wash the car and under hood. He said he would order it and it will take 2 weeks. Months later and many calls he said he forgot and will order it. Still no part. A $10.00 part but still no part just the run around.
They did an amazing job. Jayson M. Kept me up to date through every step. Appreciate the work they have done here.
I took my vehicle to Crash Champions for repairs caused debris in the road. They were very nice, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They took out the guess work. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!
This was the most disappointing, time consuming and exhaustive experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. Everyone who works here is polite and courteous but their process is CHAOS. 5 weeks for some body work ! I can dive into details but its too exhausting but enough said that i found the new rim they were supposed to put on my new tire in my trunk unopened in its box! To the manager I say: CHECK, DOUBLE CHECK and VERIFY. Your team needs to do better. Meaning well and doing well are 2 different things!
