100% ignore the bad reviews here. This place was great! Allstate dragged their feet taking care of it, but these people made it so easy. Right when Allstate called me about taking it in for a quote, I wasn't in town. I called, and they gave me everything I needed to know, so a family member could drop it off. I got the quote of when it would be done, and it was actually done a whole week and a half early, which in these cases is pretty rare. Called and explained I was still out of town.
