Absolutely 5 star-from initiation of service to picking up my vehicle, David kept me updated on the progression and was professional as well as personable, as were all the other staff! Truly made what traditionally is a time-consuming, vexing process simple and positive. Thanks to Crash Champions Parma for getting my car back in tip-top shape and for the absolutely stellar overall experience!
The staff was friendly and my car was returned clean, but the quality of the repair was very poor. Some parts started coming apart, and the materials used looked cheap. I was told I’d get a call when replacement parts arrived, but it’s been over a week with no update. Very disappointed in the overall service.
My mom had her car fixed here and greatly appreciated all the updates she received throughout the process from Dave. By Dave keeping her informed it made the entire process go smoothly. Highly recommend Crash Champions Parma!
They did a great job repairing my vehicle. Great communication to keep me informed and did everything they could to get my car back earlier than expected. The repair was well done and I'm really pleased with the whole experience.
