I had an overall good experience with Crash Champions in Parma. There were inconvenient delays, although I am not sure Crash Champions could have avoided it as I believe it was driven by the insurance company. My vehicle was presented to me with some scratches that it did not arrive with, but the team was able to have me back in right away to buff it out.
