Both of my experiences with the Crash Champions locations in Rocky River and Parma were excellent! The staff at both locations are professional and exceptional! They go the extra mile to provide high quality body repair and glass repair. Jessica is super friendly and knowledgeable. Emily kept me up to date as my car was being repaired. She provided great customer service and kept me at ease during a stressful time! Thank you to all the staff at Crash Champions!!!!!!

Great experience! Repairs done have my truck looking like new. Customer service and communication was top notch. There was even a minor issue that they easily could have disputed, but they didn't flinch and went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving completely satisfied. In an industry where most customers are there out of necessity, not desire, they could likely do less and still be successful. They have earned a customer for life in me, and I'd be happy recomending them to anyone dealing with damage to their vehicle.
