These guys do great work and are very professional. Brought my Honda in with vandalism to passenger side on Monday. Took about a week, was done by Friday, they even re-tinted the window for me and gave it a rinse off. Worked with my Geico insurance. Don't be high maintenance, let them do the work, they call you when its done and it will be a nice job.
Everyone should really read the negative reviews unfortunately I decided to look past them and give them a chance, but they are all fully accurate. Every time you call it seems like there’s a family emergency and you’re unable to get a hold of the person that’s working on your car so you get no updates. Highly recommend Crash Champions. They offered fast, reliable service and everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful.
I had previous experience with Crash Champions, not this location, but another. My experience with Crash Champions was great, until I came to the South Loop location. The people at this location are nice enough, but their communication and attention to detail fall short, in my experience.
