Took my car here to get estimate. After short wait, guy came out, asked what happened and took photos. Said to give him a few days to write an estimate and they would submit to insurance. I waited about a week and heard nothing so I called to inquire and rep was surprised it wasn't done. Said estimator was not in but would make them aware and be done in a day or so. They used to be very good and professional! But they are no longer good at their jobs anymore. Wait my call back takes 3 weeks and got issues after picking up the car, they told you will call back but never response. Very disappointed ☹️
I had a horrible experience with this autobody shop, no callbacks or email responses for two full weeks after initial estimate has examined, call the shop 6 times for updates and each time they acknowledged but without call backs. Possible my car has only minor damage not worth the time for other bigger jobs. Very bad service.
I went to Crash Champions to have my front bumper replaced after an accident (May 2025). Crash Champions completed an initial estimate that was updated two times to add additional repairs to the insurance company. They sent me regular text messages to update me as to the status of my vehicle repair. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that my bumper was not completely affixed on the driver and passenger sides. I had a great experience with Crash Champions while getting my Audi E-tron repaired. They communicated well and kept me updated the whole time. Carlos C. was especially helpful and made sure I always knew what was going on. The repair took longer than expected, but it wasn’t their fault as Audi parts took forever but they were honest about the delays. When I picked up my car, it was super clean and looked great.
