I went to Crash Champions to have my front bumper replaced after an accident (May 2025). Crash Champions completed an initial estimate that was updated two times to add additional repairs to the insurance company. They sent me regular text messages to update me as to the status of my vehicle repair. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that my bumper was not completely affixed on the driver and passenger sides. I had a great experience with Crash Champions while getting my Audi E-tron repaired. They communicated well and kept me updated the whole time. Carlos C. was especially helpful and made sure I always knew what was going on. The repair took longer than expected, but it wasn’t their fault as Audi parts took forever but they were honest about the delays. When I picked up my car, it was super clean and looked great. Waste of my time. Went in Monday to get estimate was told my insurance & I should get estimate by Tuesday; and if not call Wednesday. I called Wednesday, Thursday & spoke to a manager today (Friday) who promised i would get the estimate emailed to me by EOD; I’m writing this at 1021pm and still no email. I was recommended this place but apparently my service isn’t needed. Cant imagine if they take this long for paperwork how long it would take for my car to be serviced. This was the worse experience of my life!! If I could give this experience zero stars I would. The quality of repairs are not acceptable. They returned my vehicle to be after 22 which the door panel hanging off, speaker inside the car still broken, the headlight not working. I had to return to have the window tinted. Then they broke a piece inside the car door while removing the panel. The next day for some odd reason my vehicle would not start. This place is ridiculous and has apparently felons working for them or something because tell me why they wile through my car even though wasn’t in there but a bunch of junk, but they rifle through my whole damn car so sad this day in age people like this get hired and there’s other complaints so it’s beyond me that they still have people like this working for them now the office people they were really nice and courteous.
