I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Crash Champions. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. From the outset, it appeared that the focus was more on making a quick profit than on providing quality care for my vehicle. New management is worse than ever. I wish I would have listened to the reviews but the new management told me that is was the old management that had these reviews.That is a bold face lie do not believe it. 04/18/2025 Torn up something in my car and try to act like they didn't. Shock! One month ago I went to repair shop crash champion Gradyway in Renton to repair my head light and bumper they estimated 3500 to fix it except that there wasn't any issue the car was drivable no any warning lights. After they fixed the head light and bumper they told me the made anther estimate because the car is not drivable it has break booster failure.when I go to drive my car it's completely changed all the warning lights are on not drivable need tow. It just took so long and I kept getting updates that didn’t come true. They had my car for a small nearly invisible fender bender from December 11th to today January 3rd. They said it would be done about 5 times only to fall through. They once said it would be down on a day they were closed. They said it was a parts issue when I picked it up.
