We’ve unfortunately had to get a couple of our cars repaired here, but every experience with Crash Champions has been excellent. They do an amazing job and really care about their customers and the community. The team walks you through every step of the repair process so you always know what’s going on with your vehicle. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and everyone was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

bad experience with the service rep Alex Q. giving estimate for AAA. In effect, the shop is charging self pay customers 2.5-3x what they would charge insurance. Avoid this shop. Alex refused to explain or take into account a $2000 difference between his estimate vs a prior estimate at the same shop. I also don’t believe they’ll do a good job with the repair. The rep basically called me a liar, saying that I lied about preexisting damage and refused to factor a big part of the damage into the insurance estimate.
