My experience at this Crash Champions location was superb to say the least! And it was all thanks to Christopher, the service advisor who helped me. He made my stressful experience with my car all the more better and I can’t thank him enough.
Came in for an estimate for a couple scratches on my car. Chris was super helpful, straightforward, and made the whole process easy. He went above and beyond. He actually took it to the back and was able to have someone polish it out! Great customer service, Chris is one of the most respectful Young gentlemen I’ve come across in this industry. — I’ll definitely be back if I need any work done!
Man was I having a hard time with insurances and this whole process. I hate dealing with car things. And here comes Christopher the service advisor putting me at ease and helping me out every step of the way. I’m very grateful I was able to work with this young man, he made my experience a delight.
I have been to other body shops and none of them have provided the quality service and professionalism that Crash Champions offer. I recently brought my mom’s car here (writing on her behalf since she’s not very tech-savvy), and I have to say the experience was excellent. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and in a very timely manner. The manager Mike and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
