bad experience with the service rep Alex Q. giving estimate for AAA. In effect, the shop is charging self pay customers 2.5-3x what they would charge insurance. Avoid this shop. Alex refused to explain or take into account a $2000 difference between his estimate vs a prior estimate at the same shop. I also don’t believe they’ll do a good job with the repair. The rep basically called me a liar, saying that I lied about preexisting damage and refused to factor a big part of the damage into the insurance estimate.

Ran over a pallet that fell off a truck and had to replace the bumper. Took the SUV to Crash Champions after seeing all the great reviews, and I was not disappointed. From the beginning, Dina was very helpful with the paperwork process. Michael and Alex were very helpful during pickup which made the experience very pleasant. Highly recommend this body shop for their professionalism, transparency, and excellent communication.
Maybe the only real "good service" I've seen since covid. Exemplary. Respectful. Above and beyond employees, whether in person or on the phone. In this generation I believe this should be acknowledged so I thought I'd do so publicly, and what better place than on Google. Thank you for you Service and professionalism in your work and life.
