Great communication during repairs.
Horrible experience bringing my car here was in an accident headlight and bumper were damaged was told it would take 3 weeks to finish it was there for 2 months ended up just picking it up and fixing it myself would not recommend this shop to no one
I had a awesome experience with crash champions. The young gentleman was very respectful and he kept me informed on my vehicle. I will recommend my family and friend to crash champions. I highly recommend crash champions to anyone. Thank you crash champions once again.
This company has had our family vehicle for over two weeks and has not been communicative along with telling us our vehicle would be ready on a certain date. After having to call them again to make contact they informed me the vehicle will not be ready by when they said. I had even taken off from work in order to pick the vehicle up on the day they had told me it would be ready. Terrible communication and unable to stick to timelines given.
