Crash Champions 500 Frederick St Hagerstown, MD 21740 To start, I can 100% assure you that they are far from being champions. During my vehicles time there they managed to break a taillight that was not broken previously, did not notify us that they had broken it, then incorrectly repaired it instead of replacing it as if I would not notice. I dropped off my car with an estimate for $ 1362.63. after 2 days i received a phone call from on of their Service advisor named " Craig Lockett" and said that i estimate go up more than 3 times to the from previous estimate and i have to repair my car from them. otherwise i have to pay them $400 to remove the repair bumper labor to fix my car anywhere else. i have no option to go to court / BBB. As an employee of crash champions I can say they do not pay their employees what they promise. I personally would not let them work on any of my vehicles. If you do prepare yourself to be in a rental for an extended period of time as there repairs take significantly longer than other shops. Not to worry though if you give them a bad survey they will basically give you anything you want regardless . They broke into the trunk of my car and took my roadside tool kit because it has no key and it was a retirement gift from Government and it had the name on the flash light they toke it out of the case.
this body shop in Racine Wisconsin is a joke they are the rudest people had my truck there for three week and they did not call me they said waiting for the insurance company. i called the insurance company and they said they have the money and they called them. they said there was a dent and they had to take the box off of my truck. i said i did not want the dent fixed and do not take the box off they did not listen to me and the insurance company totaled my truck went to pick it up and the head liner was laying in the box ... read more
