Crash Champions was very good about texting me with updates when my car would be ready. They returned the rental car for me and worked with my insurance. The whole process was easy and quick. The team was wonderfully helpful. I am so glad to have my bumper fixed and my car back.
Adriana went above and beyond to question my insurance and make the call herself to get the claim number and adjuster for the party at fault. I said, 'no, they said in this case no car rental.' I was planning on walking home then renting for only 2 days for the week-all I could afford. She spoke to AAA, got the # and told me to try calling the adjuster (for the at-fault party) and explained why. She was right.
