If you need bodywork done, this is the location for you to go! Unfortunately, my car was sideswiped while I was parked. I went through a AAA partner to get the work done and after going to another shop and hang a terrible customer experience, Nikki with impeccable customer service made me feel supported and taken care. I had excellent customerservice from Nicki and Ramon. Ramon made my experience with an unfortunateordeal the least stressful. Ramon kept me informed of the whole process. The repairs were done in 2 days, less than the time predicted. The whole car was detailed inside and outside when I picked it up.
Ramon was fantastic to work with. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the repairs were done right. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
I was rear ended and was told this was a good place to go for repairs. This will be my go to place to go for body repairs, it was a 10/10 experience!
