As a loyal customer, I would have expected a much higher level of courtesy, communication, and professionalism throughout this repair process. 1. I asked about repairing a small scratch that was unrelated to the accident and was quoted approximately $1,100. The estimate seemed excessive for such a minor repair. 2. I called to check on the status of my vehicle after receiving a message indicating it would likely be ready by the end of the day. I have been to this locations a couple times over the last few years. Most recently, I brought a car in as a warranty repair from another CC location. The manager, Kat, did a fantastic job with the repair. She communicated with me through the different steps frequently. She found some things that were missed from the pother location and took care of them as well. Thank you Kat for all of your help!

We brought my car in today 04/14/26 for only an estimate and the ladies in the front were super rude. We had already waited 30 minutes for my estimate to be “typed up” until I went up to ask how long it would take and the other lady that was supposedly typing it up came out claiming she was in a meeting when I could clearly hear her just talking to another lady in the back about literally nothing work related.
