I’m satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Although there was an issue with crew informing me that a part broke while the car was being put back together, causing additional cost and labor. The team did a great job of informing me of the process and what to expect. Although the team could do a better job of communicating with one another. They scheduled me quickly and were always friendly when they called. The part they were fixing came and it was the wrong part (not their fault). They told me timely and kept me in the loop on when the part would become available and worked with my schedule to get the work done. I loved the line of communication that they kept. The work was done perfectly and it looks brand new again!

Job took months, not weeks,. Some damage not addressed. Had to return for problems found. Nate was very good about communicating.
