I write this review not because I expect any recourse, but only to inform potential future customers of this shop to hopefully save them from frequenting this DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, and DESPICABLE shop. Cars been here for a month and they ordered the wrong part 10k worth of damages. Now I know things happens. As soon as I asked Tony what are you going to do for me I. This inconvenience he got extremely unhappy and started back talking to me. Seems like he was having a bad day I don’t know but that’s not how you talk to people . I will not be bringing my vehicle back here for future issues. Initially when I dropped my Subaru off for some body work, I was told that my battery appeared low as the engine was stuttering when the employee went to start the vehicle. I'm convinced that he did this and said this on purpose as he planned to give it back with a nearly dead battery. After picking up my vehicle up, it stalled out in the middle of the road a day later. Absolutely horrible service. They give you no updates or anything about the repair process. My vehicle was stuck there for nearly a month even though it has extremely minor damage.
DO NOT bring your car here. I had my car dropped off here almost a month ago and it has not been touched and I have not had any updates, calls, or anything from this auto shop. The mechanic Tony is awful at communication, wouldn’t even tell me who currently has my car, I’ve personally seen him ask someone why they didn’t call him when they in fact did.
