Mr. Frank updated me daily regarding the status of my insurance claim, what would and would not be covered, and estimated costs. He answered all of my questions and explained in detail all the work that was done to my car. My insurance did not cover all damages but the facility still fixed my car and returned it to me looking brand new. My car was ready for pickup a week sooner than estimated. Friendly and very helpful staff at pick up. Out of hours drop off was easy. I would use Crash Champions again.

This company can be very manipulative and unprofessional when correcting their wrongs. I can say that some staff is respectful unlike some. I overlooked the rating of this facility thinking that the customers might just was in their feelings but I was wrong. The truth is that if milk have a date that it spoils on, you should not go by it. I got my car fixed but the wiring was not properly put back together. THIS lead to to relaying on a sensor that was not hooked up which aided me in another accident.. I was told that they w... read more
