Absolutely horrible experience set across 1 car repair and 1 i was going to give them another chance First repair was a fender bender repair on my van. I had to cone here multiple times to get tools and parts out of my vehicle. Location left window down during rare heavy heavy rains. Had over 2 inches of water in my footwear. I told Jose my concern for potential of future electrical issues. He agreed to document this in my contract. Once vehicle pick up happened jose refused as well as got aggressive with me. Amazing service! I have a 21 Honda accord and I ripped off the front bumper area I believe Omar was the one who helped me. He took a look at it and saw that yes the clips snapped indicating it needed to be replaced he helped me by popping it back in as much as he could right there so it was at least able to be driven . He told me it only takes about 20 minutes to install the new part and as such he wouldn’t charge me labor he ordered the part for me and installed it at my own convenience. You have heard the term “Mickey Mouse Job”. Well, this Crash Champions location is just that. I received my car with a few bolts missing, parts not placed back on correctly, over spray, and paint pealing off. My car is less than 2 years old and unfortunately, we were rear ended. AND unfortunately, I took my car to this location for repairs. I mentioned the terrible repair job to Jose Torres, and he said to bring it in.
