Amazing service! I have a 21 Honda accord and I ripped off the front bumper area I believe Omar was the one who helped me. He took a look at it and saw that yes the clips snapped indicating it needed to be replaced he helped me by popping it back in as much as he could right there so it was at least able to be driven . He told me it only takes about 20 minutes to install the new part and as such he wouldn’t charge me labor he ordered the part for me and installed it at my own convenience. You have heard the term “Mickey Mouse Job”. Well, this Crash Champions location is just that. I received my car with a few bolts missing, parts not placed back on correctly, over spray, and paint pealing off. My car is less than 2 years old and unfortunately, we were rear ended. AND unfortunately, I took my car to this location for repairs. I mentioned the terrible repair job to Jose Torres, and he said to bring it in. Horrible customer service they do not honor their warranty. They screwed up on the bumper and I ended up getting it fixed elsewhere.
