I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received throughout this experience. I still have a mark on my vehicle’s paint from where the tow strap made contact, and I was also supposed to have a wheel replaced. It has now been over two months, and the wheel replacement still has not been resolved. I continue to get the runaround and am repeatedly told that the part will be in soon.
