Awesome Autobody Shop My first encounter with this shop and I must say they are FIRST CLASS. Debbie handled all the insurance work which was a great help. they even got me the rental car and handled all that also. Great job from Frank on the paint job and really improved the looks of my Mercedes.
Costelli & Pardini's Auto Body is The Greatest!!! I could not believe this one!!! I had a minor fender bender and went to this shop and was told that they could polish it up so I wouldn't have to make a claim.Sure enough he worked on it and it looked just fine and there was no charge!! They definitely aren't out to cheat anyone!
Great Body Work I have taken several of my cars there for repair. Each time they were very thorough in finding damage. During a string of bad luck, I visited them more than twice in one year. Each time they did an awesome job. The paint matched and the car looked showroom quality.
Save your time and Money I visited this shop after the BMW dealer referred me over there. The service was a 4 out of 10, and the workmanship was not much better. After getting my car home I noticed that the panel that had been replaced does not fit well. Too much of a hassle to bring back. I called on the phone to address the problem, and they actually were making excuses before even seeing the poor job.
This place really really needs to work on their customer service. Today, I drove 1 hour to get to their place and they basically threw me out of the shop. The owner asked me to fill out the form and because I'm not familiar with how car insurance works, I asked him to speak with my husband. English is my second language and I wasn't familiar with how these processes work.
