Excellent service and customer care. Process was very smooth along with arranging rental car process. 'Gary' was absolutely outstanding to work with and made every effort toward quality work and customer satisfaction. He completed work on my Lexus and the results were flawless. I am very happy and utilize their services if needed and reccomend to others. Ty
This place was suggested to me by my insurance company. I typically do all my own work but simply didn’t have the time to do this job. That being said, the job itself should have taken only a few days to be done plus time to receive parts. I would say a total of two weeks, tops! It has been over 2 months and they still have my car! Every time I call out there, it’s always some sort of b.s. excuse. I will be contacting the BBB over this. Stay away from this place!
The worst body shop I've seen and used. Can't get a call back and it took them 2 months to finish my vehicle. One excuse after another.
