I will start by saying I may be revising this later. And the work looks good. The paint matches and there's not a bunch of imperfections from what I can see as of today. But... I dropped my car off here for fender/door damage, and when I drove off with the car, wheel was making a chopping noise. Crash Champions said they would talk to insurance (USAA). Insurance calls me maybe 10 minutes later, full attitude, saying it was wear and tear. Yet there was no wheel damage when I dropped it off. No noise. I haven't called the shop... read more
Excellent customer service and repair! This is my second experience with Crash Champions, and they make it so effortless. They go above and beyond and keep you informed. I can’t tell that anything ever happened to my car and not just that but they cleaned it inside and out so well that I almost thought maybe it was someone else’s car lol.
