After I was side swiped, my insurance recommended Car Crash Champions as one of the preferred companies. I called for an appointment and was met by Jose. He was very professional and explained how his company does business, how they handle repairs and how they will keep me informed throughout the process. They repaired the damage. The repairs itself were not to the standards they claim to do. They also took apart my solar waving cat inside my car. They broke it. It was a gift. They also removed a pin from my visor. Must have triggered the person, I guess. Their customer service overall needs work. I felt rushed. I couldn't finish what I was saying without being interrupted..I didn't even get to bring up any of the issues to their attention before getting dismissed.
Took my daughters vehicle in on 2/19/26 and I’ve called multiple times for my estimate from Brandon and he always seems to be doing something. It is now 2/24/26 I will not be using this establishment or recommending this place. I got my quote back the same day from another collision shop that I will be going with.
