I initially took my car to crash champion Lombard but they said they are backed up and asked to send to their sister location ( carol stream) BIG MISTAKE! Do not send your car here- not only did they keep my car there for a whole month( states there was ‘so much to do’, but when I got it- the repairs had no finishing, there were still areas of chipped paint, they painted over some rough surfaces which was obvious. It was so disheartening when I went to pick it up. HORRIBLE, do not take it here
The customer service was great. My car was involved in a hit and run. The insurance and Crash Champions handled everything so I was left with no worries. I was constantly provided updates, and they went the extra mile and cleaned my entire interior. It was truly a great experience and made a horrible situation great.

They’ve had my car for a week but will not respond to my calls or texts at all. Jade is the person assigned to help me but she is just ignoring me all together. I wish I would have taken my car somewhere else. Do not use this body shop! Update: they have now had my car for three weeks. The new person who was helping me (Marco) suddenly doesn’t work there anymore. They told me my car would be ready last Monday, then Wednesday, then Friday.
