Had a good experience with Crash Champions repairing my Toyota Rav4. My car had an accident causing the front bumper of the passenger side to get sheered off when it struck a cable support line. I called my insurance company and they recommended Crash Champions as their preferred body repair shop. When I dropped off my car their facility is very clean and the staff were professional. Came to CC yesterday afternoon with my car as it had some damage from our garage door closing on it. Andy took a look at it, got a rag and a cleaner and buffed the paint off my car. He didn’t charge me anything and was very honest about the remaining damage as being very minimal and not needing further work. He could’ve said that it needed to be kept and worked on and I wouldn’t have known any better. I appreciate his honesty and his help with my car!
Just had my first and last experience with Crash Champions carol stream. Was told I would be able to pick up my car and that it was ready. I Go to the establishment and they tell me I needed to wait another hour to have it cleaned. That doesn’t sound like it’s ready. I needed to take my car right then because of work and I had no transportation and now I look like an idiot with the words chips and scratches written in marker on my hood. The work done was fine but I won’t be returning.
