Extremely disappointing experience. They have absolutely no flexibility or customer service skills. I was only 17 minutes late due to traffic, offered to wait, and was still turned away without any effort to help. It felt like they cared more about making a point than taking care of a customer. There are plenty of businesses that value people’s time and understand that unexpected delays happen. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Great team great job the accident I had I always thought my vehicle to them and never I mean never disappoint it’s a reason they are called the champions
