I've had the pleasure of working with Crash Champions for years, both at the Queen St and Pac highway locations. Wonderful people, quick and communicative, and they deal with my dry humour. I have no idea why I would go to anyone other than these guys/gals 💚
Tried to get a simple estimate. First had to navigate a robotic phone answering system. Then the estimator hung up on me after her first question.
Sy and JJ are an absolute pleasure to work with. When I initially scuffed my escalade, I was so worried I couldn't find a reliable shop to work with all the advanced sensors and technology, along with OEM parts for the bumper. My work was completed in a miraculous time and my insurance company handled everything on their side. I am so grateful for this location and will always return when needing body shop work.
