These guys are amazing! They got my damaged vehicle in quickly and thoroughly explained the process. They got to work and finished wayyy faster than expected. The painter did an awesome job with the satin metallic paint. Looks better than the factory did. They will be my go to body shop in the future. First class, 5 Stars, A+. I will never deal with Patrick at crash champions. Pacific hwy. Belingham He had a attitude talking to I as a female. Very belittling telling if he were me I should take it Les swabb for a break job. We never walked around the car. I lost my lower wind scoop. But Patrick said ma'am thats just a hundred dollar part. After a block of wood or steel flew off a truck and went under my under carriage. I felt he did not believe me and was very rude and intimidating to a girl who knows about cars nuts and bolts.
Referred to Crash Champions by my insurance company after damage on my new 2025 Honda CRV's front end. Patrick, the manager, was a great person to work with. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I was kept current on the car's progress and it was completed in the time they projected. They assisted me with my rental car reservation, and I was able to leave the rental car at their site when picking up my repaired vehicle- which looked like new!
