Multiple times Matt told me he would call me with updates, and multiple times I heard absolutely nothing. Crash Champions? More like a crash waiting to happen. I trusted Crash Champions with my 2024 Honda HR-V in December 2025, and that was a mistake. Within weeks, I noticed a rattling coming from the front of my vehicle. I took it to my local Honda dealership, and what they found was alarming: missing parts under the hood, visible misalignment between the hood, bumper, and fenders, and, most dangerously, missing and loose bolts in the core support. Edit- I have FINALLY diagnosed my car and it has bad engine/trans mounts, also confirmed from a trustworthy mechanic and that most definitely makes sense where it was hit in the accident. As it’s super-AWD and crash champions told me nothing up front will be affected in a harsh impact to the back. That’s also false. It has been vibrating ever since the accident, never did before, and I have paper trail even of going back RIGHT away (and many times after that too) saying I had vibrations.
